Client
JP Phillips is a ceramic tile and hard surface contractor located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Objective
Redesign existing corporate website with an emphasis on a simpler design approach and to better showcase completed projects. This included updates to page layout, visuals and content for the top-level site pages: Home, Who We Are, What We Do, Markets and Contact.
The Role
Designed and developed JP Phillips corporate website based on client review and input. First by analyzing the existing website and identifying priorities for the new site. Followed by creating a list of desired changes and defining the new goals. I incorporated new UI features using the front-end framework Bootstrap to further engage the user.
The Results
By adding strong visual features and elements, the user is able to quickly see the beauty and craftsmanship that goes into each on the completed projects highlighted throughout the site. Most notably, the Markets page gives the site visitor an opportunity to explore the various market segments served by JP Phillips. Within each segment, key projects are showcased along with Quick Facts and a gallery of pictures.
