The Objective
Understand the marketing initiative behind this annual event in order to create the interfaces and user facing tools that are accessible on the web.
The Role
Created the various elements geared toward running an effective email campaign beginning with the invitation email designed to increase awareness of the event and encourage people to attend. Call to action for the invite links to the campaign landing page that details the significance of the event and overall experience. Users have the option of registering for the event by location. The registration page captures necessary data from the prospective attendee. Automated response email messages confirm the registration and scheduled reminders are sent out as a courtesy prior to the event date.
